Halkidiki, a complex of three peninsulas (Kassandra, Sithonia, Athos), which dominate the northern Aegean with the imposing presence of Mount Athos, is a place of great natural beauty, where the slopes are in harmony with the deep blue sea.

The Constantinidis Estate is located in Kassandra, the first peninsula of Halkidiki, one hour from Thessaloniki and even less from the airport, between the villages of Hanioti and Pefkohori.

Hanioti, at a distance of 1000 meters, is a modern tourist resort which meets all market, leisure and health care needs.

Thanks to the mild climate, the tranquility and the great natural beauty of the area, which combines mountain and sea, the beach and the endless golden sand, it is the ideal holiday location.

the natural environment

Having always in mind the respect of vegetation - olive trees, citrus fruit, almond-trees, pine-trees and forest Mediterranean bushes- which exists and has been growing for more than half a century, we are trying to improve and enrich it with suitable ornamental and wild plants of the Greek landscape.

Our basic design and implementation principle is the sustainable approach by creating private and communal gardens with minimal maintenance, water saving and limited use of lawn.

Planting and design are under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. A specialized research team of landscape architects ensure the implementation and the final result of the landscape in accordance with the basic principles of the overall design. The plant selection and planting form the boundaries of the area of each property, providing privacy and "view.

The automatic garden irrigation and electric lighting of the space were studied separately, to ensure economy of water for every garden and a comfortable safe operation of the premises at night.
