Type A
Two-floor house with an L-shaped ground-plan, of total area of 200 sq.m., with a four-pitched roof of Byzantine type; stone-based masonry with stones from Athitos and architectural projections. This type is inspired by the typical type of wide-facade traditional houses of Halkidiki with roofed verandas.
There is an outdoor space of about 2000 sq. m. with independent access, a garden with paving, gravel, grass, aromatic shrubs, ornamental and forest trees and parking spaces with pergola and wooden beams; all these for exclusive use.
The ground floor is 105 sq. m. and includes a large uniform space with a fireplace, upholstered in limestone; this space is divided in two living rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a hostel and a bathroom. These two living rooms communicate, through large openings, with a comfortable verandah which is in direct contact with the garden. On the ground-floor, there is a sheltered barbecue area and an outdoor dining area which communicates with the kitchen. There are also outdoor utility rooms such as the boiler room and the storage room.
The entrance, which is accessed from the street and the private parking spaces, is located at the back of the house and is roofed.
The floor, with an area of 95 sq.m, consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, built-in storages areas (closets), a large front veranda overlooking the sea and a small balcony at the rear. The veranda is covered by a wooden pergola.
